Artsy Lens provides photography and visual production services rather than physical retail goods, so standard product returns do not apply in the same way they would for store merchandise.

Deposits and Confirmed Dates

Booking fees or deposits are used to reserve your date, planning time, and production availability. Once a date is confirmed, those payments are generally non-refundable unless Artsy Lens confirms otherwise in writing.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

If you need to reschedule, contact Artsy Lens as early as possible. We will review availability and make reasonable efforts to move the booking when schedules allow.

If a session or event is cancelled after confirmation, any refund or retained amount will depend on the preparation already completed, date blocking, and any third-party costs tied to the booking.
